Well, no, not yet. But, sooner than you might think! There is only one more day in March, and after the shellshock of the past snowstorms this winter, it's a pleasure to say that April is almost here! This semester is flying by faster than usual, it seems, but this is all the more reason to remind everyone about this summer's annual convention in Kansas City.
Zeta chapter and their alumni are going to great lengths to ensure an awesome program is being put together and that an amazing experience is shared by all, active and alumnus alike. Where else can you get tickets to a Yankees game these days? Were you aware that this country does have a National WWI Museum? Did you know the world's largest shuttlecocks currently reside on the lawn at the Nelson/Atkins Art Museum and are 18 feet tall? Have you ever had authentic Kansas City barbecue... IN KANSAS CITY?
These tidbits and so much more (including a very impressive and active nightlife) await us from August 11 through the 14th. Just be sure to register soon, as the $30 savings expires on May 1. You can find all the details, including the registration form, at www.adgconvention.com. As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
I'll keep this brief, since my schedule has been quite solid lately, but I wanted everyone to know that the Council is working hard on your requests from the previous semester's reports, along with news and updates we have received so far this Spring. We are working on making this convention even better than 2009, and more importantly, in making additional strides and steps in strengthening Alpha Delta Gamma for the years to come.
